ORDINANCE #03-20 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, AMENDING SECTIONS 9.02 DEFINITIONS AND 9.03 OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, The City of Ramsey ordains: SECTION 1. A1V~ENDMENT The following sections are hereby amended to read as follows: 9.02 Definitions Intent. The following words and terms, wherever they occur in this Chapter, shall be construed as herein defined. Words not defined shall be interpreted in accordance with definitions in any standard dictionary. Ab~atting - Making contact with or separated only by public thoroughfare, railroad, public utility right-of-way or navigable waters. AcCessory Structure - Any subordinate building located on the same lot as the principal building and the use of which is incidental to that of the principal building or use of the premises. Accessory Farm Building - An accessory building used to shelter farm animals (excluding household pets). Accessory Use - a use naturally and normally incidental to, subordinate to, and auxiliary to the principal permitted use of the premises. Adult Uses - Adult uses include adult bookstores, adult motion picture theaters, adult motion picture rental, adult mini-motion picture theaters, adult massage parlors, adult steam room/bathhouse/sauna facilities, adult companionship establishments, adult rap/conversation pa~rlors, adult health/sport clubs, adult cabarets, adult novelty businesses, adult motion picture arcatdes, adult modeling studios, adult hotels/motels, adult body painting studios, and other premises, enterprises, establishments, businesses or places open to some or all members of the public, at or in which there is an emphasis on the presentation, display, depiction or description of "specified sexual activities" or "specified anatomical areas" which are capable of being seen by members of the public.
