FINANCE COMMITTEE <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> The Finance Committee conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, April 26, 2011, in the Ramsey <br /> Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> p Y, <br /> Members Present: Councilmember David Elvig <br /> Councilmember Jeffrey Wise <br /> Members Absent: Councilmember Randy Backous <br /> Also Present: Finance Officer Diana Lund <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Chairperson Elvig called the regular meeting of the Finance Committee to order at 5:31 p.m. <br /> CITIZEN INPUT <br /> There was none. <br /> APPROVE AGENDA <br /> Consensus was to approve the agenda as submitted. <br /> COMMITTEE BUSINESS <br /> Case #1: Credit Card/Debit Card Acceptance Policy <br /> Finance Officer Lund reviewed the staff report. <br /> Councilmember Wise stated he would like to see a graph showing the credit card fees that the <br /> City will be paying and to bring that back to the Finance Committee as part of a quarterly report <br /> itemizing the expenses. <br /> Chairperson Elvig stated that he was fine with the policy, but wanted a section added relating to <br /> a waiver form for the City employees that will be accepting the credit cards at City Hall and to <br /> include within the policy the responsibilities of these positions with regard to how they will <br /> handle credit cards. <br /> Case #2: Financial Dashboard <br /> Finance Officer Lund presented a quick overview of the newly created financial dashboard. <br /> Finance Committee / April 26, 2011 <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
