1762767 Chairperson Nixt introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #03-01-002 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO CHAD AND MELISSA FOSSUM AT 14981 PERIDOT ST. NW (PERMITTEES) TO CONSTRUCT AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE CLOSER TO THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE THAN THE PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME WHEREAS, Chad and Melissa Fossum (Permittees) have properly applied for a variance from Section 9.11.02 and Section 9.20.11 of the Ramsey City Code for the front yard setback for an accessory structure and to construct an accessory structure closer to the front property line than the principal structure on the property generally known as 14981 Peridot St. NW and legally described as follows: Lot 4, Block 4, Pineview Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota (Subject Property). AND WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on January 2, 2003, pursuant to Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City Code. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That based on Findings of Fact #0640 a variance to the front yard setback for an accessory structure and to construct an accessory structure closer to the front property line than the principal structure on the Subject Property is hereby granted. 2. That the accessory structure constructed on the Subject Property shall maintain a minimum setback of forty (40) feet from the front property line. 3. That no other structures or additions shall be constructed in the front yard unless it is in accordance with City Code. o That the Permittees shall be responsible for all costs incurred in administering and enforcing this variance. That the Permittees shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction of the accessory structure.
