<br />Mayor Gamec introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLTUION #03-01-018 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING MARY JO OLSON, STEVE SIS, AND WILL <br />THOMPSON TO THE TOWN CENTER TASK FORCE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> a vacancy was created on the Town Center Task Force as a result of the <br />resignation of Don Kveton; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> the vacancy was advertised in the Ramsey Resident and the Anoka County <br />Union and three letters of interest were received; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> the three candidates were interviewed and the Town Center Task Force <br />recommended that all three be appointed to the Task Force. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to appoint Mary Jo Olson, Steve Sis, and Will Thompson to the <br />Town Center Task Force. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Kurak, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Gamec <br /> Councilmember Kurak <br /> Councilmember Cook <br /> Councilmember Elvig <br /> Councilmember Pearson <br /> Councilmember Stommen <br /> Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br />
