Councilmember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-01'024 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING THE STUDY AREA FOR THE TOWN CENTER <br />ALTERNATIVE URBAN AREAWIDE REVIEW (AUAR) ENVRIONMENTAL REVIEW <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on January 14, 2003, the Ramsey CitY Council passed resolUtion 03-01-012 <br />that authorized the initiation of the Town Center AUAR environmental review for an area shown <br />on Exhibit A that was attached to the resolution; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has determined that the Study area for the Town Center <br />AUAR environmental review needs to be increased to include additional areas that may be <br />impacted by the Town Center project; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the expanded review area for the Town Center AUAR environmental review <br />is shown on Exhibit "A" which is attached to this resolution; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the land uses shown on Exhibit "B" are consistent with the CitY's <br />Comprehensive Land Use Plan that designates the area to be studied in the Town Center AUAR <br />as Mixed-Use, Medium Density Residential, Low Density Residential and Places to Shop. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the City hereby orders that the study area for the Town Center AUAR environmental <br /> review by expanded as shown on Exhibit "A" attached to this document. <br /> <br />2. That the environmental review contained in the AUAR document shall be based off' of the., <br /> concept plan as contained on Exhibit "B" of this document: <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Elvig and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Strommen <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Pearson <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
