PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br /> PUBLIC HEARING <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on Tuesday, July 3, <br />1990 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota <br />regarding the request of Good Value Homes, Inc. for preliminary plat approval of Chestnut Pond <br />Addition. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman, Chairman <br />Mr. Ben Deemer <br />Mr. Michael Terry <br />Mr. Bradley Thomd <br />Mr. David Bawden <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Acting Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the public hearing to order at 7:35 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />Mrs. Frolik indicated that staff is recommending that the public hearing regarding the preliminary <br />plat of Chestnut Pond Addition be continued until the Planning and Zoning Commission's regular <br />meeting in August because the applicant has not supplied all of the required information. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Bawden to continue the public <br />hearing regarding the preliminary plat of Chestnut Pond Addition until the regular Planning and <br />Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for 7:30 p.m. on August 7, 1990. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Deemer, Bawden, Terry and <br />Thorud. Voting No: None.
