PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br /> PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a continuance of a public hearing on <br />Tuesday, August 7, 1990 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota regarding preliminary plat approval of Chestnut Pond Addition. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman, Chairman <br />Mr. Benjamin Deemer <br />Mr. Bradley Thorud <br />Mr. David Bawden <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Acting Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br />City Engineer Steven Jankowski <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br />Mr. Michael Terry <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the public hearing back to order at 7:35 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />Mr. John Peterson of Good Value Homes was present and stated that as a result of the <br />Environmental Assessment Worksheet for Cedar Hills, Chestnut Hills and Windemere Woods <br />Additions, he has purchased the subject property proposed to be platted as Chestnut Ponds <br />Addition to provide an additional access to County Road #116 from the above mentioned plats. <br />The plat will be developed with the original homestead on the property and 17 new lots. <br /> <br />Mr. Derek Passe, Consulting Engineer for Good Value Homes was present and provided the <br />Commission with copies of a revised preliminary plat since the City Engineer's report dated July <br />31, 1990. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to adjourn the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Planning and Zoning Commission Public Hearing / August 7, 1990 <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
