BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on Thursday, July 26, 1990 at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota regarding Mr. <br />Daryl Peterson's request for a variance from street frontage requirements. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen, Chairman <br />Mr. David Bawden <br />Mr. Ben Deemer <br />Mr. Michael Terry <br />Mr. Bradley Thorud <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Acting Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Hendriksen called the public hearing to order at 7:34 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />Mr. Daryl Peterson was present and stated that he owns a ten acre land-locked parcel for which he <br />is requesting a variance to street frontage requirements in order to sell it as a buildable lot. <br /> <br />Ms. Frolik indicated that on June 26, 1990 the City Council determined that it would be agreeable <br />to granting an easement across a publicly owned parcel, P.I.N. 10-32-25~44-0009, to provide <br />access from P.I.N. 10-32-25-44-0021 onto a public street. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Bawden and seconded by Commissioner Thorud to adjourn the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Hendriksen, Commissioners Zimmerman, Bawden, <br />Deemer, Terry and Thorud. Voting No: None.
