Mr. Kranz stated that the original Mate
Punch and Die building was constructed in 1969 at which time it had a legal setback from Sunfish
Lake Blvd. Since that time, the County has upgraded Sunfish Lake Blvd. and as a result, the Mate
Punch and Die Facility is located 85 feet from the centerline of Sunfish Lake Blvd. versus the
required 110 feet. At this time, Mate Punch and Die is proposing to expand its facility by
extending the existing dimensions of the building. Therefore, the expansion will require a setback
variance from Sunfish Lake Blvd.

CITIZEN INPUT

None.

ADJOURNMENT

Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Zimmerman to adjourn the
public hearing.

Motion carried.
