(Thursday — 7:00 — CC). The Planning Commission will meet <br />on Thursday, April 5th at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers to hold their regular monthly <br />meeting. The topic for April is to begin discussions on final zoning amendments necessary to <br />complete implementation of the 2030 Comprehensive Plan Update. The update also restructures <br />a portion of the Zoning Code to reduce duplicative standards /repetition in individual districts to <br />make the code easier to read and navigate. The case also includes requests for policy direction on <br />several items to begin processing final amendments. This is for discussion purposes only at this <br />point, and a Public Hearing will be held on a formal ordinance in the near future. <br />
