(Thursday — 7:00 — CC). The Planning Commission will meet on Thursday, April 5th at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers to hold their regular monthly meeting. The topic for April is to begin discussions on final zoning amendments necessary to complete implementation of the 2030 Comprehensive Plan Update. The update also restructures a portion of the Zoning Code to reduce duplicative standards /repetition in individual districts to make the code easier to read and navigate. The case also includes requests for policy direction on several items to begin processing final amendments. This is for discussion purposes only at this point, and a Public Hearing will be held on a formal ordinance in the near future.
