ORDINANCE #12 -05 <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF RAMSEY TO SELL /CONVEY PART <br /> OF LOT 1, BLOCK 1, RAMSEY TOWN CENTER FIFTH ADDITION, ANOKA <br /> COUNTY, MINNESOTA TO THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br /> IN AND FOR THE CITY OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA <br /> The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> SECTION 1. PURPOSE <br /> It is the purpose of this Ordinance to authorize the City of Ramsey to convey certain real <br /> property which property the City Council has determined is no longer necessary for the City's <br /> purposes. This chapter is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of Section 12.5 of the City <br /> Charter. <br /> SECTION 2. SALE /CONVEYANCE AUTHORIZATION <br /> The City Council hereby declares the following legally described real property owned by. the <br /> City, as surplus property and authorizes said property to be conveyed/sold to the City's Housing <br /> and Redevelopment Authority. Said property is legally described as follows: <br /> See attached Exhibit "A" <br /> and upon platting said property will be legally described as follows: <br /> See attached Exhibit `B" <br /> SECTION 3. TERMS OF SALE /CONVEYANCE <br /> The City Council has by a properly enacted action determined the consideration and terms upon <br /> which the above - described property may be conveyed/sold. <br /> SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> This Ordinance becomes effective upon its passage and thirty (30) days after its publication <br /> according to law, subject to City Charter Provision, Section 5.7. <br /> Ordinance #12 -05 <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
