A gentleman contacted City staff to say he is replacing the tattered <br />flag at Savannah Oaks and is planning a small ceremony. He asked that an invitation be sent to <br />the Mayor and City Council. The ceremony is scheduled for Saturday, May 12, beginning at <br />noon. Savannah Oaks is located at 14351 Dysprosium Street NW, Ramsey. <br />Met Council Tour. The Met Council is taking a bus tour of NorthStar Station Cities on <br />Thursday, May 17. They will arrive at the Fridley station at 2:00 p.m., departing there at 2:30 <br />p.m. Their next stop is Coon Rapids, followed by Anoka, Ramsey, Elk River, Big Lake, and <br />back to Fridley. Each stop is allotted a 15 minute visit time. The schedule has them arriving at <br />the Ramsey Station at 3:35. Staff is reviewing talking points for the 15 minute dwell time in <br />Ramsey. Council is invited to join staff in greeting the bus at Ramsey's station. <br />
