AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN CITY OWNED <br />PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY. <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br />SECTION 1. PURPOSE <br />It is the purpose of this ordinance to authorize the City to sell certain City owned real <br />property which property the City Council has determined is no longer necessary for the City's <br />purposes. This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of Section 12.5 of the <br />City Charter. <br />SECTION 2. SALE AUTHORIZATION <br />The City Council hereby authorizes the sale of the following legally described real <br />property owned by the City. <br />Outlot A, Ramsey Town Center 3 Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />SECTION 3. TERMS OF SALE <br />The City Council shall by a properly enacted resolution determine the consideration and <br />terms upon which the above described property may be sold. <br />SECTION 4.
