Currently, the City Code only permits the City to acquire <br />land Q~ cash to satisfy park dedication requirements. If <br />adopted, this revision will require subdividers/developers to pay <br />the park dedication fee, if cash is desired. <br /> <br />For your information~ attached are the following items: <br /> <br />a) Proposed ordinance; and <br />b) Comparison of other conm~nities' park requirements. <br /> <br />Case #2: Discussion regarding proposed trail corridors. <br /> <br />Last year, the City Council requested the Park Commission to <br />propose corridors for recreational trails. For your information, <br />attached is a map showing the trail system proposed by the Park <br />Commission. <br /> <br />Case #3: Discussion regarding park development. <br /> <br />Case #4: Discussion regarding park maintenance and enforcement of <br /> trespassing regulations. <br /> <br />Case #5: Other business. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ANDCOMMI$SION INPUT <br /> <br /> <br />
