The Finance Committee conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, September 11, 2012, at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: <br />Also Present: <br />FINANCE COMMITTEE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Chairperson David Elvig <br />Mayor Bob Ramsey <br />Councilmember Jeffrey Wise <br />Finance Director Diana Lund <br />Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Public Works Superintendent Grant Riemer <br />Development Services Manager Timothy Gladhill <br />Management Analyst Patrick Brama <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairperson Elvig called the regular meeting of the Finance Committee to order at 5:30 p.m. <br />2. CITIZEN INPUT <br />There was none. <br />3. APPROVE AGENDA <br />Motion by Mayor Ramsey, seconded by Councilmember Wise, to approve the agenda as <br />submitted. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Elvig, Mayor Ramsey, and Councilmember Wise. <br />Voting No: None. <br />4. COMMITTEE BUSINESS <br />4.01: Authorize Request for Proposals for Banking Services <br />Finance Director Lund reviewed the staff report. <br />Chairperson Elvig asked the Finance Committee if it would like to send a Request for Proposal <br />(RFP) to banks including banks outside of Ramsey. <br />Councilmember Wise stated he would like to keep the City's banking inside of Ramsey and <br />would support sending out an RFP. <br />Finance Committee / September 11, 2012 <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
