CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a special meeting on Tuesday, May 2, 1989 at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Centor, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard Northwest, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember Stephen F. DeLuca <br />Councilmember A1 Pearson <br />Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator David Hartley <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br />Project Manager Jim Gromberg <br />Mr. Bernard Steffen, labor negotiator <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Richard Cich <br /> <br />CAI~L TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the special City Council meeting to order at 7:17 p.m. and led in the Pledge <br />of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />John Gobernatz- 15454 Hematite Street Northwest: Mr. Gobernatz inquired as to when the <br />workshop would be held regarding the Park Dedication Ordinance. <br /> <br />Mr. Gobernatz was informed that the workshop will be held on May 11, 1989 at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to approve the <br />agenda with the fo]lowing additions: <br /> <br />Case #2: <br /> <br />Approve summary of Ordinance #89-8. <br /> <br />Case #3: <br /> <br />Report from Mr. Bernard Steffen, labor negotiator. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, and Peterson. <br />Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Cich. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann adjourned the regular meeting at 7:23 p.m. to conduct the following public <br />hearing: <br /> <br />Proposed street improvements to Hematite Street N.W. between 156th Avenue Northwest <br />and 154th Avenue Northwest. <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the regular meeting back to order at 7:45 p.m. <br /> <br />City Council / May 2, 1989 <br />Page #1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
