PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br /> CITY OF RAMS EY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on Monday, <br />April 14, 1986 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota regarding Mr. Bill DuBat's request for a conditional use <br />permit to construct a mini storage facility and variance to exceed maximum <br />impervious surface coverage at 13760 Ebony Street NW. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Ken Peterson, Chairman <br />Mr. Roy Shumway <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman <br />Mr. Ben Deemer <br />Mr. Jim Howell <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Planner Anne Norris <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson called the public hearing to order at 7:41 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Ms. Norris stated that Mr. DuBats will not be in attendance at tonight's <br />meeting until 8:00 p.m. <br /> <br />There was no citizen input or written comments submitted on this issue. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Shumway to adjourn <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Shumway, Deemer, <br /> <br />Zimmerman and Howell.
