All in favor. <br />FINANCE COMMITTEE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Finance Committee conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, January 22, 2013, at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Chairperson David Elvig <br />Councilmember John LeTourneau <br />Councilmember Chris Riley <br />Also Present: Finance Director Diana Lund <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairperson Elvig called the regular meeting of the Finance Committee to order at 5:33 p.m. <br />2. CITIZEN INPUT <br />There was none. <br />3. APPROVE AGENDA <br />The agenda was approved as submitted. <br />4. COMMITTEE BUSINESS <br />4.01: Nominate Chair and Vice -Chair for Finance Committee and Consider <br />Amendments to the Duties of the Finance Committee Work Plan (Resolution #9 -08- <br />185) <br />Motion by Councilmember Riley, seconded by Councilmember LeTourneau to nominate <br />Councilmember Elvig as Chair. <br />Motion by Councilmember LeTourneau, seconded by Councilmember Elvig to nominate <br />Councilmember Riley as Vice - Chair. <br />Discussion ensued relating to the duties of the Finance Committee. As finance consists of many <br />spreadsheets, Councilmember Elvig would like to be given paper copies of the larger <br />spreadsheets — only — as they are easier to read than on the computer. <br />Finance Committee / January 22, 2013 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
