Councilmember Riley introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #13-02-025 A RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL OF SEASONS OF RAMSEY. WHEREAS, The Seasons of Ramsey Limited Partnership, hereinafter referred to as “Applicant”, has properly applied for preliminary plat approval of Seasons of Ramsey on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Lots 1 through 29, inclusive, Block 5, and Lots 1 through 25, inclusive, Block 6, and Outlot F, Town Center Gardens, Anoka County, Minnesota and th Outlot C, Ramsey Town Center 8 Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota (the “Subject Property”) WHEREAS , on November 7, 2012, the City of Ramsey received an application and sketch plan from the Applicant for a plat to be named Seasons of Ramsey; and WHEREAS , on December 6, 2012, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan and recommended that the Applicant proceed to the preliminary plat stage; and WHEREAS , on December 27, 2012, the City of Ramsey received an application and preliminary plat from the Applicant for a plat to be named Seasons of Ramsey; and WHEREAS , on January 31, 2013, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing and recommended the City Council approve the preliminary plat of Seasons of Ramsey; and WHEREAS , on February 12, 2013, the City Council reviewed the preliminary plat for Seasons of Ramsey. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants preliminary plat approval to Seasons of Ramsey in accordance with relevant codes and contingent upon compliance with the City Staff Review File dated November 30, 2012, revised January 25, 2013, and the Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City.
