At the request of the Applicant, the Planning Commission Work Shop scheduled for Thursday, February 21 has been cancelled. This will allow the Developer more time to prepare and finalize details on the proposed development in The COR. The Developer remains engaged in the process, but wants to ensure that a quality presentation is put together and more details are finalized. The Developer desires to ensure a high probability of submitting an application before meeting with the Planning Commission to review sketch plans. Stay tuned for a reschedule work shop in the near future. Chamber Gala. The event is Friday, February 22 at Greenhaven. Social hour beings at 5:30 — dinner at 7:00. Your ticket would be paid for — if you plan to bring someone, the cost is $62.50. Please contact Jo if you are interested in attending. Attached to the Weekly Update is a Flyer for the Anoka Area Chamber of Commerce Casino Royal Gala. The Mayor's Trail Ride. Saturday, February 23, 2013. Registration starts at 10:00 a.m. at the Anoka County Fairgrounds. Flaherty & Collins Project Tour. Tours have been scheduled for The Residence at The COR. The first tour is at noon on Tuesday, February 26 and the next (last one) is at 4:00 on Tuesday, February 26. Meet in the main foyer at City Hall. If you have not done so already, please contact Jo to let her know which tour you would like to attend.
