At the request of the Applicant, the Planning <br />Commission Work Shop scheduled for Thursday, February 21 has been cancelled. This will <br />allow the Developer more time to prepare and finalize details on the proposed development in <br />The COR. The Developer remains engaged in the process, but wants to ensure that a quality <br />presentation is put together and more details are finalized. The Developer desires to ensure a <br />high probability of submitting an application before meeting with the Planning Commission to <br />review sketch plans. Stay tuned for a reschedule work shop in the near future. <br />Chamber Gala. The event is Friday, February 22 at Greenhaven. Social hour beings at 5:30 — <br />dinner at 7:00. Your ticket would be paid for — if you plan to bring someone, the cost is $62.50. <br />Please contact Jo if you are interested in attending. Registration starts at 10:00 a.m. at the <br />Anoka County Fairgrounds. <br />Flaherty & Collins Project Tour. Tours have been scheduled for The Residence at The COR. <br />The first tour is at noon on Tuesday, February 26 and the next (last one) is at 4:00 on Tuesday, <br />February 26. Meet in the main foyer at City Hall. If you have not done so already, please <br />contact Jo to let her know which tour you would like to attend. <br />
