CALL TO ORDER <br />Pro Tem Chairperson Chris Riley <br />Commissioner Jill Johns <br />Commissioner Mark Kuzma <br />Commissioner Sarah Strommen <br />Chairperson Randy Backous <br />Commissioner John LeTourneau <br />Commissioner Jason Tossey <br />HRA Executive Director Ted LaFrance <br />Deputy Executive Director Timothy Gladhill <br />City Administrator Kurt Ulrich <br />City Attorney Joe Langel <br />Pro Tem Chairperson Riley called the Closed Session of the Housing and Redevelopment <br />Authority to order at 8:16 p.m. <br />2.01: Discuss North Commons Letter of Intent (Closed to the public) <br />It was noted that under Minnesota Statutes Section 13D.05 Sub.(c)(3) the meeting can move into <br />Closed Session to consider a letter of intent. <br />3.
