Councilmember Tossey, Fire Chief Kapler and Police Chief <br />Way attended the Joint Law Enforcement Council (JLEC) meeting on Wednesday afternoon. The <br />majority of the meeting's agenda was to discuss the progress and budget of the new Public Safety <br />Data System (PSDS). The new system will update the Anoka County Dispatch Center, Jail <br />Records, Fire Records and Police Records and create one system of data collection and retention. <br />The new system is on track to go live with the dispatch center in November of this year with the <br />other areas to follow sometime in 2015.
