The first of two pet clinics was held at Fire #2 on Sunday, from 11:30am — 1:30pm. <br />Staff issued 65 dog licenses and 6 cat licenses. <br />The veterinarian has not provided their final numbers, but they estimate approximately 85 pets <br />received their services. <br />The overall turnout was about 35% lower than average. A couple different factors contributed to <br />the smaller turnout. The first, of course, was due to the cold, rainy weather. It didn't deter <br />everyone though. Another factor was that the new Ramsey Resident came out just before the first <br />clinic. <br />Explorers Attend Conference. On April 24 — 27 the Ramsey Police Explorers attended the <br />Annual police explorer conference in Rochester, MN. A total of 12 explorers attended this year <br />and participated in events such as Search and Arrest, Shoot Don't Shoot, Emergency First Aid, <br />
