FINANCE COMMITTEE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Finance Committee conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday February 12, 2002, at <br />the Ramsey Fire Station Number II, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember Susan E. Anderson <br />Councilmember Patti Kurak <br />Councilmember Terry Hendriksen <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator James E. Norman <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Director of Public Works/Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Hendriksen called the regular meeting of the Finance Committee to order at 6:05 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen, seconded by Mayor Gamec, to approve the agenda as <br />presented. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Hendriksen, Anderson, Kurak, <br />and Zimmennan. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Review and Adopt 2002 Enterprise Fund Budgets <br /> <br />Finance Officer Lund presented the Finance Committee with the Proposed 2002 Enterprise Fund <br />Budgets, which cover the Water Utility Fund, Sewer Utility Fund, Street Light Utility Fund, <br />Recycling Utility Fund, and Storm Water Utility Fund. In order to establish fair rates for all of <br />the utilities that the City operates, it is necessary to determine actual cost of providing those <br /> <br />Finance Committee/February 12, 2002 <br /> Page 1 of 7 <br /> <br /> <br />
