APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Motion by Commissioner LeTourneau, seconded by Commissioner Riley, to approve the agenda <br />as submitted. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Backous, Commissioners LeTourneau, Riley, Johns, <br />Kuzma, and Tossey. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Strommen. <br />4.
