SUMMARY <br /> <br />Following ,is the official summary of Ordinance #04-02. The primary purpose of the <br />Emergenc~ Plan is to provide a guide for emergency operations. It is intended to assist <br />key City officials and emergency organizations to carry out their responsibilities for the <br />protection Of h~e and property under a wide-range of emergency conditions. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> : <br /> <br />This Ordinaned becomes effective 30 days after its passage and publication, subject to <br />City Chart& Sei:tion 5.04. <br /> <br /> <br />
