Coffee and cookies will be provided. City Council (7:00 p.m. — CC) The City Council meeting will begin with the swearing in of Councilmembers Johns, Shryock and Williams. You are encouraged to invite family members and friends — for both the reception and the swearing in ceremony. There be an opportunity to take photos if you like. Following are the cases on the agenda for discussion: • Consider Purchase Agreement with PSD LLC (Portions may be closed to the public) • Adopt Resolution #15 -01 -018 accepting Feasibility Report and Ordering Public Hearing for IP 13 -10; Garnet Street and 168 Avenue Reconstruction • Adopt Resolution #15 -01 -002 Granting Site Plan approval of Fire Station No. 2 Replacement to be Located at 5650 Alpine Drive NW; Case of City of Ramsey • Consider Purchase Agreement between NIK Management Group and the City of Ramsey for the Former Municipal Center Site (Portions may be closed to the public) • Consider Tinklenberg Group Proposal for Professional Services Contract Extension Under the Mayor /Council /Staff Input portion of the agenda, a report is included for discussion to Consider Citizen Engagement Process for Area South of Highway 10 between Llama Street and Bowers Drive.
