Councihnember Cook introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION # 04-01-013 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR FULL-TIME PATROL <br />OFICER GINA WIELER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Gina Wieler was hired as a full-time Patrol Officer for the City of Ramsey <br />and began work on January 6th, 2003, subject to a one-year probationary period; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Gina Wieler has successfully completed her probationary period and her <br />performance was documented by the Police Chief. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />I) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br /> Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for full-time Patrol Officer effective <br /> January 6th, 2004. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Kurak, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Gamec <br /> Councilmember Cook <br /> Councihnember Kurak <br /> Councilmember Elvig <br /> Councilmember Pearson <br /> Councihnember Strommen <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 13th day of January, 2004. <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br />.
