ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMPANY <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A meeting of the Ramsey Economic Development Company Board of Directors was <br />held on ~3~ursday, Decmeber 19, 1985 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 <br />Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: Mr. Don Greenberg, President <br /> Mr. Glen Hardin, Treasurer <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Planner Anne Norris <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mr. Bob Muller, Secretary <br />Mr. Darryl Fults, Assistant Secretary <br />Mr. Ken Wagner, Assistant Treasurer <br />Mr. Bernie Vevea <br />Mr. Tom Kurak <br />Mr. Steve DeLuca <br /> <br />Mr. Greenberg called the meeting to order at 7:40 a.m. <br /> <br />Approval of Company minutes dated October 9, 1985 was tabled due to lack of a <br />quorum present. <br /> <br />B(3ARD_BUSINF~S <br /> <br />~ Discussion R~gardin~ Sal~s Of C~_mrjan_y StgCk~ <br /> <br />Mr. Greenberg and Mr. Hardin will contact those m~mbers of Economic Develofment <br />Commission who have not as yet purchased stock in the Ramsey Economic <br />Develofment Company in order to insure that they can be a part of the annual <br />shareholders meeting. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued regarding City Council, City Commissions and City Staff being <br />involved in the Economic Development Company through the purchase of stock. <br /> <br />~he consensus was that the Annual Shareholders Meeting will be held at 8:30 <br />a.m. on January 8, 1986 immediately following the regular 7:30 a.m. Economic <br />Development Commission meeting. ~he annual Ramsey Economic Development Company <br />Board of Directors Meeting will be held in~nediately following the January 8, <br />1986 annual Shareholders Meeting for the purpose of electing officers. <br /> <br />Discussion R~oardino Plannfna S~s~ion:.For <br /> - --December 19, 1985 <br /> <br />Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
