ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMPANY <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />An Executive Board Meeting of the Ramsey Eoonomic Development Company Board of <br />Directors was held on Wednesday, January 8, 1986 at the R~msey Municipal <br />Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Terry Miller <br />Mr. Charles Alsdurf <br />Mr. Bob Muller <br />Mr. Bernie Vevea <br />Mr. Steve DeLuca <br />Mr. Ken Wagner <br />Mr. Glen Hardin <br />Mr. Darryl Fults <br />Mr. Tom Kurak <br />Mr. Don Greenberg <br /> <br />President Greenberg called the meeting to order at 8:48 a.m. <br /> <br />~pPROVAL OF_MINUTES <br /> <br />~he Board of Directors took no action to approve meeting minutes dated October <br />9, 1985 and December 19, 1985. <br /> <br />BOARD BUSINESS <br /> <br />~ Election_Of Officers: <br /> <br />Mr. Greenberg called for nominations for the office of President. <br /> <br />Motion by Mr. Vevea and seconded by Mr. Wagner to nominate Mr. Hardin for the <br />office of President of the Economic Development Company. <br /> <br />~tion carried. Voting Yes: Mr. Greenberg, Mr. Wagner, Mr. Hardin, Mr. <br />Muller, Mr. Alsdurf, Mr. Miller, Mr. Vevea, Mr. Kurak, Mr. Fults and Mr. <br />DeLuca. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Mr. Greenberg turned the meeting over to Mr. Hardin. <br /> <br />Mr. Hardin called for nominations for the office of Vice President of the <br />Economic Development Company. <br /> <br />Motion by Mr. Vevea and seconded by Mr. Greenberg to nominate Mr. DeLuca for <br />the office of Vice President of the Economic Development Company. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
