ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMPANY <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A special Executive Board Meeting of the Ramsey Economic Development <br />Company was held on Friday, April 15, 1988 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, <br />].5153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Pamsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Board Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Jack Ippel, President <br />Mr. John Zimmer, Vice President <br />Mr. Darryl Fults, Assistant Secretary <br />Mr. Tom Kurak, Assistant Treasurer <br />Mr. Art Raudio <br />Mr. Don Greenberg <br /> <br />Board Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mr. Virgil Barnes, Secretary <br />Mr. Chris Soderholm, Treasurer <br />Mr. Dick Carson <br />Mr. Bob Muller <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Anne Norris, Community Development Director <br />Bill Goodrich, City Attorney <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mr. Ippel called the meeting to order at 7:32 a.m. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />The Board approved the agenda as submitted. <br /> <br />BOARD. BUSINESS <br /> <br />Other Business. <br /> <br />Mr. Ippel asked the Board if they were interested in participating in the <br />Anoka Expo to be on Saturday, May 7, 1988 and sponsored by the Anoka Area <br />Chamber of Commerce. <br /> <br />Motion by Mr. Zimmer and seconded by Mr. Raudio to authorize the $75°00 <br />registration for the Anoka Expo on May 7, 1988. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Ippel asked the Board whether the Company should reserve a booth at the <br />Game Fair as they did last year. <br /> <br />Motion by Mr. Raudio and seconded by Mr. Fults to authorize registration <br />for the Game Fair to be held August 12, 13, 14, 19, 20 and 21. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />The Board discussed compiling an inventory of commercial and industrial <br /> Economic Development Company/April 15, 1988 <br /> <br />Page 1 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
