PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council was held on Tuesday, January 25, <br />1983 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember A1 Sorteberg <br />Councilmember Sue Van Wagner <br />Councilmember Jeanne Schlueter <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Lloyd Schnelle <br />City Building Official Clayton Berg <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting to order at 7:38 P.M. Councilmember <br />Reimann led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />approve the agenda with the addition of the following: <br /> <br />a. Old Business - Case #9 - Resolution regarding C.A.P. Agency and <br /> Waltek, Inc. <br /> <br />b. Bills For Approval - Pay estimate for U.D. Contracting <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Reimann, Sorteberg, <br />Van Wagner and Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />approve Regular City Council meeting minutes dated January 11, 1983. <br /> <br />FUrther Discussion: Councilmember Reimann noted that a comment of Mayor Gamec's <br />was not included in the subject minutes. <br /> <br />Councilmember.Van Wagner amends the above motion as follows: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />approve Regular City Council meeting minutes dated January 11, 1983, with the <br />following correction: <br /> <br />Page 3, Paragraph 3 - Add the following statement: "Mayor Gamec <br />mentioned that he would be in favor of changes to some of these <br />committees in the future." <br /> <br />C/January 25, 1983 <br />Page 1 of 17 <br /> <br /> <br />
