CHARTER COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Ramsey Charter Commission was held on Thursday, <br />September 22, 1983 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Gary Heitman, Chairman <br />Mr. Dick Sieber <br />Mr. Curt Titterud <br />Mr. Stan Data <br />Mr. Tom Greenberg <br />Ms. Brenda Bauerkemper <br />Mr. John Lichter (arrived at 8:42 p.m.) <br />Mr. Roger Buchanan (arrived at 9:55 p.m.) <br /> <br />Members Absent: Mr. Thomas Gamec <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Heitman called the meeting to order at 7:45 p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />It was the consensus to approve the Charter Commission meeting minutes dated <br />September 8, 1983 with the following corrections: <br /> <br /> 1. Page 5, Paragraph 1 - Change the word 'misconstrued' to 'construed'. <br /> <br />Page 1, Approval of Minutes, Item #2 - Change to read as follows: <br />'Commissioner Lichter stated that he and Commissioner Bauerkemper <br />attended Council's meeting of July 26, 1983 and Commissioner Bauer-'~'~m'~ <br />kemper informed Council that the proposed budget for Charter ~ <br />Commission has not been approved by the Charter Commission. Council <br />took it upon themselves to lower the Charter Commission budget to <br />$5ooo.' <br /> <br />COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> <br />A. Budget Committee - Commissioners Gamec and Bauerkemper: <br /> <br />1.
