CHARTER COMMISSION CITY 0F RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA A regular meeting of the Ramsey Charter Commission was held on Thursday, September 8, 1983 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. Members Present: Mr. Gary Heitman, Chairman Mr. Dick Sieber Mr. Stan Data Ms. Brenda Bauerkemper Mr. Curt Titterud Mr. Tom Gamec Members Absent: Mr. Roger Buchanan Mr. Tom Greenberg Mr. John Lichter CALL TO ORDER Chairman Heitman called the meeting to order at 7:41 p.m. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Commissioner Sieber moved to approve the Charter Commission minutes dated August 25, 1983, with the following corrections: 1. Page 1 - Item A.2. - Change 'August' to 'July'. %~5~'~°A~% 2.
