PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA OOUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a special meeting on Thursday, <br />February 19, 1988 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman, Chairman <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br />Mr. Jim Howell <br />Mr. Roy Shumway <br />Mr. Jim Holm <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Mr. Michael Terry <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Community Development Director Anne Norris <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the special Planning and Zoning Commission <br />meeting to order at 7:34 p.m. <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Howell and seconded by Commissioner Terry to approve <br />the agenda with the following addition of Case #6 to be addressed as the <br />first order of business. <br /> <br />Case #6: Appoint Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Planning and <br /> Zoning Commission for 1988. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, <br />Howell, Shumway, Holm, LaDue and Terry. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #6: <br /> <br />_Appo_int Chairman And Vice Chairman Of The Planning And Zoning <br /> CommissioB For 1988~ <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Shumway and seconded by Commissioner Howell to <br />appoint Mr. Gerald Zimmerman as Chairman of the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission for 1988. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
