PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission <br />was held on Thursday, September 20, 1984 at the Ramsey Municipal <br />Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Mef~ibers Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Dennis Donovan, Chairman <br />Mr. John Lichter <br />Mr. Don Lokker <br />Ms. Janice Johnson <br />Mr. Rot, Hetland <br />Mt'. Bill Rustad <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Ms. Sheila Beyer, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Donovan called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Commission consensus was to approve the agenda as submitted. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF PARK COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Johnson and seconded by Commissioner <br />Lokker to approve regular Park and Recreation Commission meeting <br />minutes dated August 23, 1984 with the following correction: <br /> <br /> a. Mr. John Liohter's name should be added to the list of <br /> 'Members Absent'. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Donovan, Commissioners <br />Licther, Lokker, Johnson, Hetland and Rustad. <br /> <br />Ms. Beyer stated that the Police Department will take care of <br />locking the gate at Central Park. <br /> <br />Chairman Donovan stated that he did go before Council and <br />request that revenue sharing funds be used for lighting of <br />fields, trees and bleachers at Central Park. <br /> <br />NOTE CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />'[he Commission r~oted the following: <br /> <br />1) Regular City Council meeting minutes dated August 28, 1984. <br /> <br /> <br />
