Minutes of July 21, 1976 were ~Drove~] ag; read. H~igb Point: There was discussion with the developer regarding bis 8ecision to pay the park fee instead of offering acceptable [and. Ken Peterson msde a motion to recommend that we accept the fee as determined according to the Ordiance. Seconded by Fred Ritc~ie. Carried 3-]-. Tiger Plat: Ken Peterson made a motion that we recommend acceptance of Lot 17 Block 5 with the lot line changed to make this a 2.8 acre lot instea~ of the g.g acre parcel offered in Block 5. Seconded by ~obn Zobova. Carried ~+-O F]in'twood Uills: Fred Ritchie made a motion that wet, commend that Carson be allowed] to add two additional lots as per modified d~awJn~f w~th the fill to be used on the easements to the park land. ~conded by Ken P~terson. Carried 4-0. }~eco~,~endations for 1977 capital improvements: Tennis facilities at Riverwood I Park site. Improvement of additional baseball diamond at Ramsey Elementary .~ Street and on site signs for Park identification. Land acquisition ,of .up to ~O acres for park facilities in zone 1~. 'Land acquisition of l~ acres for park facilities in zone ~O. Tim Paquette reported that he had received 6% of the questionaires back from the residents and that he had started recording the replies. He also remorted that Arlene had typed a draft of the comprehensive plan as reviser.~. A work session was scheduled for Saturday at 8:~0 A.M. at the City IIall to continue work on the plan. Ken Peterson made a motion, to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 10;00 P.M. Seconded by Fred Ritchie.
