PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council was held on Tuesday, June 22, <br />1982 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember A1 Sorteberg <br />Councilmember Arnie Cox (arrived at 7:42 P.M.) <br />Councilmember Sue Van Wagner <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Lloyd Schnelle <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />City Building Official Clayton Berg <br />Reporter Eric Sandin <br /> <br />The regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council was called to order at 7:40 P.M. <br />by Mayor Gamec. Mayor Gamec led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />PRESENTATIONS: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec presented a plaque to David Homstad of 15411 Barium in recognition <br />of his recent promotion to Eagle Scout. Mayor Gamec also noted what an <br />accomplishment this really is and complimented Mr. & Mrs. Homstad and David's <br />Scoutmaster, Mr. Nix, for their supporting David to this end. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec presented a plaque to the Ramsey Jaycee Women, represented at <br />the meeting by Sharon Grahs, Brenda Bauerkemper and JoAnn Scannell, for <br />their time and work put forth for the betterment of the Community. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec presented a plaque to the Ramsey Lions Club, represented at the <br />meeting by Brad Dahl and Glen Rychner, thanking them for the lighted <br />community sign at the RamseY Municipal Center. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle requested the following additions to the agenda: <br /> <br />a. Purchase of Wilbur Chapman's tractor to be discussed during City Adminis- <br /> trator Staff Report. <br /> <br />b. Drainage Easement; Case of Paul Anderson, to be listed at Case #14 <br /> under New Business. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg, <br />to approve the agenda with the following additions: <br /> <br />C/June 22, 1982 <br /> Page 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
