SPECIAL COUNCIL <br /> City of Ramsey <br />Anoka County <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Ramsey City Counci~ held <br />a special meeting on June 16, 1980, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, <br />15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilman Sorteberg <br />Councilman Reimann <br />Councilman Mickelson <br />Councilman Cox <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka <br />City Administrator Schnelle <br />City Assessor Wirz <br />Ron West, P & Z Commission <br />Dick Carson, Carson Homes, Inc. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec informally called the meeting to order at 11:00 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />No comments. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to approve <br />the Agenda. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann, Mickelson <br />and Cox. Voting no-None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />1) 159th Avenue, Dolomite Street N.W.~ Ebony Street'N;W.~'158th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />and 160th Lane N;W. Street'Improvement <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Sorteberg and seconded by Councilman Reimann to adopt <br />Resolution #80- 53 Ordering Improvement and Preparation of Plans and <br />Specifications, Street Improvement Project (159th Avenue, Dolomite Street N.W., <br />Ebony Street N.W., 158th Lane N.W., and 160th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Mickelson and Cox. Voting no-None. Please refer to resolution file for <br />Resolution #80- 53 <br /> <br />2) Hall/Anderson Acres Street Improvement <br /> <br />Councilman Reimann commented regarding the service road that the lots are part <br />of the plot, but not the road.
