This would
make the contract award for $509,300.00. The City will then ask approval
from the EDA regional office to use $1681.00 of the contingency line item
budget to supplement the construction line item budget. The deductive
alternates chosen are items that can be easily added back into the building
at a latter date.

Councilman Mickelson offered the followin~ motion:

Authorize the Mayor to execute a contract with Adolfson & Peterson in the
amount of $509,300 for construction of Ramsev City Hall/Fire Station selecting
deductive alternates #4, #7 and #13 from the base bid contingent on review
and approval of contract by the City Attorney.

Councilman Gorham seconded the motion, whereupon the following vote was recorded;

Ayes

Mayor Cox
Councilman Mickelson
Councilman Gorham
Councilman Reimann

Nayes Absent
None Councilman Muller

Motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
Meeting adjourned - 7:50 p.m.
Respectfull~ submitted,

Phil D.
