ORDINANCE NO. 16-02 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF A PERMANENT ROAD EASEMENT IN <br />THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the <br />City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851 <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br />The following described permanent road easement is hereby vacated, to -wit: <br />The East 50.00 feet of the West 110.00 feet of the North 356.37 feet of the South 394.37 feet of <br />the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, as measured along the South and West lines of said Southwest Quarter of the <br />Southwest Quarter. <br />SECTION 3.
