PLANNING AND ZONING O0MMISSION <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA GOUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on <br />Tuesday, February 3, 1987 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen <br />Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota regarding a request for conditional use <br />permit to construct and operate manufacturing/retail sales in the B-1 <br />Business District; case of Construction Consultants. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Ken Peterson, Chairman <br />Mr. Ben Deemer <br />Mr. Gerald Zin~nerman <br />Mr. Roy Shumway <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Mr. Jim Howell <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Community Develot~ent Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson called the public hearing to order at 7:34 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mr. Christian of Construction Consultants and Mr. and Mrs. Kytonen of Blue <br />Max were present. <br /> <br />Mr. Haakon Jarnes stated that he is in favor of the applicants request <br />being granted. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to adjourn <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Deemer, <br />Shun~ay, Zimmerman, LaDue, Hendriksen and Howell.
