Fire Fighters who have completed their probationary period and necessary training will be presented with their badges by Chief Kohner. The second presentation is the annual winter maintenance overview by Public Works Supervisor Riemer. The third presentation, by the City's real estate broker, CBRE, will be to provide general updates. Market updates are included in the presentation report. The last presentation is the monthly Highway 10 Update by Elwyn Tinklenberg. Cases include: • Introduce Ordinance #16-05 Amending Chapter 3 and Repealing and Replacing Section' 3.40 Entitled "City Funds" • Adopt Ordinance #16-03 Amending the Wetland Protection Overlay District to Establish Wetland and Storm Water Pond Setbacks and Establish a Minimum Lot Depth for Newly Created Residential Lots (Project No. 16-39) • Aeon Purchase Agreement (Portions may be closed to the Public) • Coastal Living Purchase Agreement for OUTLOT A of Ramsey Town Center 8th Addition (Portions may be closed to the Public) Park & Recreation Commission. The Park and Recreation Commission regular meeting is scheduled for Thursday, May 12, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be held on Trott Brook Trail, 7065 — 170th Trail NW (west of Nowthen Boulevard at 170th Avenue to Garnet Street to 170th Trail.) In the event of inclement weather, the meeting will be moved back to City Hall in the Council Chambers. The agenda is as follows: Rain Garden Demonstration Project and Trail Connection — Brookfield Subdivision.
