Fire Fighters who have completed <br />their probationary period and necessary training will be presented with their badges by Chief <br />Kohner. The second presentation is the annual winter maintenance overview by Public Works <br />Supervisor Riemer. The third presentation, by the City's real estate broker, CBRE, will be to <br />provide general updates. Market updates are included in the presentation report. The last <br />presentation is the monthly Highway 10 Update by Elwyn Tinklenberg. <br />Cases include: <br />• Introduce Ordinance #16-05 Amending Chapter 3 and Repealing and Replacing Section' <br />3.40 Entitled "City Funds" <br />• Adopt Ordinance #16-03 Amending the Wetland Protection Overlay District to Establish <br />Wetland and Storm Water Pond Setbacks and Establish a Minimum Lot Depth for Newly <br />Created Residential Lots (Project No. 16-39) <br />• Aeon Purchase Agreement (Portions may be closed to the Public) <br />• Coastal Living Purchase Agreement for OUTLOT A of Ramsey Town Center 8th Addition <br />(Portions may be closed to the Public) <br />Park & Recreation Commission. The Park and Recreation Commission regular meeting is <br />scheduled for Thursday, May 12, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be held on Trott Brook Trail, <br />7065 — 170th Trail NW (west of Nowthen Boulevard at 170th Avenue to Garnet Street to 170th <br />Trail.) In the event of inclement weather, the meeting will be moved back to City Hall in the <br />Council Chambers. The agenda is as follows: Rain Garden Demonstration Project and Trail <br />Connection — Brookfield Subdivision. <br />
