Off. <br /> Art Dunn ~arrived 8:10 <br />Item 1. Public Hearin~ -[Ramsey 67 Industrial Park. <br />Chairman Ken Peterson be~an the Hearing by explaining the reasons <br />for a Pu%]ic Hearing and~asked for any citizen input. <br /> <br />Mr. Tom penner from Rennet Well Drilling asked who is responsible for <br />the ro~o~s in the plat and what businesses would be located there. Mr. <br />E~'F'um stated that presently only an industrial office-wharehouse 'type <br />~aci]ity is p]anned, but ~that any others would be industrial also. <br />Mr. Paatikka stated that ~probab!y the roads would be gravel until <br />si.I. utilities were in and then the ~oads would be blsckt0pped. Mr. <br />Rent, er ewpressed _isaporOval of 139th not going straight through since <br />ho [o]t it would cause t~affic problems with semi type vehicles. <br /> <br />Mr. Jim George asked whe~ Sewer and water were anticipated and who <br />woul~ pay the cost. Mr. ~RaatmkKa explained that s~wer will be avail- <br />able im a couple of year~ and that it depends on development pressures <br />as to whet, city would ex~end lines. Clayton Berg sts~d that it will <br />hove to be decided if th~ developer shoUl~~escrow monies or that the <br />cost be assessed to the ~enefited property owners at the time it is <br />ava. i lab].e. <br /> <br />M~ R,~-oh ~tienne sta~d Stat he owned the prooerty to the east o.~ the <br />o].,o.t An~] that he felt ~h~-~ccess to his prooerty (138th Lane) was in the <br />worst oossible location. ~ Mr. Etienne discussed this with Mr. Raatikka <br />a~8 N~. Mr. Raatikka explained that City Ordinance controlled <br />th~ len~'ht, of cul-de-saC~r and how 138th Lane was~ determmneo_. <br />Ko~ Peterson asked for gSy additional comments and then closed the <br />Pub]fie Uearinp: at 8:10 p~m.~ (Art Dunn arrived) <br />Ken Petorson asked Mr. RAatikka for a re-oort and Mr. Rsarikka explained <br />that he ha~ been unable {o preoare ~ written reoort, but that he could <br />v~rba'ly ~tiscuss the ola$.
