Anderson was ag4n~pre~e~t and Phil Nereson informed the~ <br /> Co~mission that he had had-c~n~ersation with Mr. Cliff Aichinger reg~.~rding <br /> the propose8 zoning change. ~'P~il Nereson exolained that M~ ~icbinger dmd <br /> <br /> ma~ was not ~vai!able since :~h~ o~ers .did not wa~t to ~nvest in field <br /> ?~ork until there was a need ~fo~ a p'ublic hearing. A1 Sorteberg asked <br /> about the progress on the C~i~s critical Rivers Corridor Plan and Phil <br /> Nereson stSted that the Cit~ s~ould ~e ready to enter into a contract [with <br /> a P]a~ner soon after the lift, of :the year~ <br /> Phi. 1 Nereson again explaine~ t~.Mr. Anderson the choices on proceeding <br /> that were mentioned at the ~ov~mbe.r 7, 1977 meeting,~and outlined the <br /> ste~s necessary to brinM th~ ~atter to final plat aoproval. Mr. Anderso~ <br /> will have a meeting wit~ hi~ c~ient and get back to Mr. Nereson regarding <br /> how they wish to proceed. ~ <br /> Item 2.
