Mr. Bob Yentsch, re.quest for variance to subdivide property, <br /> 3.37 acres irlto three parcels, located near 171st Ave. <br /> and Bison St~'eet. <br /> <br />Ron West made a motion ito recommend to the City Council that the <br />variance request be defied. <br /> <br /> Reason: Because of 2~ acre zoning in this area. <br /> Because of the small depth,165'. <br />Motion seconded by Bra~ley Bodle and carried 7 - <br /> 0 <br /> <br />2. Mr. Irving Ranney, i8702 181st Avenue N.W. Request variance to <br />subdivide by metes and bounds in the NW ~ of NW ~, Section 5, <br />a tract of land 163' X 11245'. The 163 feet abutts on County Road <br />64. Mr. Ranney wants t~ divide this parcel into three lots with a <br />private easement into the rear two lots. He already signed a <br />purchase agreement selling the rest of his farm. <br /> <br />Motion by Ken Peterson ~o recommend to the City Council to grant <br />a variance to subdivideI by Metes & Bounds the above tract with <br />the existing frontage of 163' for the purpose of building one house <br />only. Seconded by Tom G~mec and carried 6 to 1. <br /> <br />Bradley Bodle voted nay~ because the parcel is not of record and could <br />be solved by other means. <br /> <br />3. Mr. Arnold Cox. DiScussion on Ramsgate Area as to if the area <br />around 153rd and CountylRoad No. 5 has sufficient area for retailz <br />commercial development, i Also some discussion as to the proposed <br />location of new city ha~l, <br /> <br /> <br />
