Motion by Zimmerman <br />seconde'd ~ Klo'h~ (9 approve the minutes. Carried 5 to O. <br />Mr. Orin Fricke, Mr~iBernie Steffan and Mr. William Goodrich <br />were present to pre~ent the Urban Planning District Objectives; <br />the Urban Business DeVelopment, the Urban Residential Develop- <br />ment and the Urban ,]onservancy Objectives. The permitted land <br />uses within their r~spective classifications were explained. <br />The procedures for ~he development process were outlines. <br />Finally, the perfomnance standards to deal with area requirements, <br />building coverage, larking requirements, set backs, etc., were <br />briefly discussed. ~No action was taken on the proposal at this <br />time. <br /> <br />It was requested to have a special meeting of the City Council <br />along with the Plan~ing and Zoning Commission on December 15th at <br />7:30 p.m., to further discuss the proposal. <br /> <br />Motion by Zimmerman seconded by Bodle to recommend to the City <br />Council that Robert'Cushman, 16326 Zirconium Street N.W. be <br />appointed to the Pl.~nning and Zoning Commission.
