<br />The meeting was col,Led ~x, order by the Chairman, Mr. Sorteberg at
<br />8:10 p.m~, Present were NPo Pittman, Mr. Emmans, Mr. Bodle, Mr.
<br />Gamec, ~r~ Fossum aud Me,~:~ Guy.

<br />The minutes of the last stated meeting were read. Correction, the
<br />word "master" is to pre~.~de the word plumber in the recommendation
<br />for' help for mr. Pittmau %n inspecting commercial and industrial
<br />buildings~ ,~lso the pe~,~:i,t for Don Carda was for a separate build-
<br />ing not for a garage to a%tach to his present building. Mr. Bodle
<br />moved the minutes be ac,~e, pted with these corrections; Seconded by
<br />Mr. Emmans ~ Motior.,.

<br />Carter Valley Plat,,,~ Th ~:p.e is an area along Trott Brook in this
<br />plat that is located in zone C-i, which, calls for 2½ acres per-
<br />lot,. The ].ots along Tr:}ti~ Brook are not 2½ acres each. Discuss-
<br />ion on thSs plat. M:p,, !Mdle moved we recommend to the Town Board
<br />that Carter ~'alley plat b,'~ approved subject to the following: to
<br />make an outlot of 2ors ?~ 8, 9, 10, 11~ 12, 13, and 1~ in Block 1;
<br />lots ~,, 5¢ 6, and 7 in iD.~,ck 10 to be designated for park as they
<br />are adjacent to the park we already have in Brookview Estates plat;
<br />and that 'the present ro.-~d be closed from 170th Ave. N.W. and Helium
<br />St. N.W. on 'the south g}iz~g north to 172nd Ave. N.W. and Germanium
<br />Street. The balar~ce of the money would be in cash. Seconded by
<br />Mr. Gamec~ Mr. Neislon, Carter's attorney, asked if we were deny-
<br />ing the developer from ~eil.ling six lots on Germanium Street. An-
<br />swer: Only three of t~e six lots on Germanium Street. Motion car-
<br />riedo Mr~ Ne'~son aske¢ :if this motion would deny the platting of
<br />the lots on Trott ]3rooko

<br />Mr. Neilson stated he wa.u,.;ed this plat to be on the Town Board
<br />agenda for September i6~ ,.~7~,. He was told it would be.

<br />Clifton Mor~:~e: It~: want:~ -t workshop on 16519 Jaspar St. N.W. This
<br />is to be use'd for a wor!~ shop for his own use. Hewill sign a paper
<br />to this effect when req4ested to do so, Mr. Bodle moved we recom-
<br />mend to the Tovm Noard that Mr. Morse be permitted to put up this
<br />work shop, Seconded by },'I,:'. Emmanso Motion carried.
