He requested a variance to erect a horse shelter just t~. be used in the winter months. He keeps the horse at a re[at_iw~s farm in the su~er and he said he might leave it th~re alt yea~' round but wasn't just sure yet. He also brought signatures of 'tba surrounding property o~ers. His attorney is in the process of making a quit claim deed for the two triangles of land from the cul 6e ~;ac on Sha.w~ ~/!cres to the east edge of the road that meets the edge of the ~u] de sac from 176th Lane N.W.
