We have already adopted <br />the standards and ]..a....m, set forth by the State of Minnesota on <br />August 20, 197.3 and ;ti< County has jurisdiction over the systems <br />:Lnsta].led along 'the '~J.'~,ers and lakes. Mr. Pittman moved that as <br />long a:~ w~ are onder ti~e state laws and regulations and so this is <br />already b~ing taken ,;a~e of in our Tovmship that we write the County <br />that we do not re;ed ;b:is. Seconded by Mr. Bodle.
